What is the difference of buying a Bikebox Alan from your website compared to buying from UK directly?

I want to buy a bike from Australia, how does it work?

Buying a bike can be stressful, and even more so if you are buying from another country! At Aus Bike Sports, we take care of the headaches for you. All you need to do is simply follow the 3 steps below.

(1) Find the bike

There are 2 ways of doing this. You can let us know what you require by filling out the Enquiry Form on our website. We will then work with you to find the right bike.

If you already know the exact bike you are looking for (and who to buy from) you can give us the instructions to contact the seller. We will act on your behalf from start to finish, till the bike arrives at your doorstep.

(2) Pay for the bike

The fees and charges will be discussed prior to your purchase in the currency as agreed. Payment is 50% upfront to secure the bike or product, and the balance is to be paid prior to shipping.

(3) Receive the bike

We will organise and sort out the hassles of shipping so all you need to do is to wait at home for your prized possession to be delivered. We can even send your bike to our local partner workshops as well for them to unbox and set it up so you can pick up the bike and ride straight away.
